Last time, we focused on Google Apps and Ganttic. This time, let’s look at Office 365, with a focus on Office 365 for Business. Office 365 for Business enables you to ditch your Exchange server while maintaining email features and all emails, decrease costs and increase uptime, all with more additional productivity and collaboration apps.

Office 365: Your Office Environment, Anywhere!
Featuring a plethora of applications, Office 365 is one of the best solutions for an office-driven businesses. It even offers an online store to get new third-party apps working with Office 365, depending on your company needs.
Many organizations that used to have to maintain an Exchange server in-house are now considering using Office 365 instead, and there are migration paths in place for moving existing email to Office 365. For businesses, Office 365 is available in 3 plans:
- Office 365 Business Essentials ($5.00/month per user)
- Office 365 Business ($8.25/month per user)
- Office 365 Business Premium ($12.50/month per user)
If you have a company that has to schedule and run many field workers, we would still lean towards using Google Apps instead, which was covered in more detail in last month’s newsletter.
